I am currently in my second year of an undergraduate program at Durham University, studying Biomedical sciences. I am looking to help other students through their school examinations, primarily in maths and scientific subjects. Having relatively recently completed them myself, I feel well versed with regards to modern mark schemes and writing styles etc necessary in order to score well. Being 20 years old, I feel very able to talk to my clients in a friendly, age appropriate way that is much easier to understand than teachers may. In the holidays, I reside in Rushden, Northamptonshire, but I am happy to travel to your house and visa versa. Being a student on a revision break I have very flexible hours and I am able to work around your schedule, for example if you would like an extra hour or two one week. My teaching style primarily consists of visual diagrams, and utilizing novel tools in order to remember certain facts such as a rhyme or limerick. Once the concepts are grasped, I will move on to past papers in order to perfect the obtain the correct writing style which ticks the mark scheme boxes. In my spare time, I am a Durham university cheerleader, and participate in college hockey. I have also coached gymnastics to children ageing 6-17 in a professional capacity.
